From the outset we knew we had selected an agency with an in depth knowledge of the local market and the service thereafter was second to none. We received reports on all viewings, with constructive advice being proffered. Having then found a buyer we were updated on the progress of the sale on an almost daily basis. This was because the agency was consistantly in contact with our solicitors, the buyers' solicitors and the buyers themselves, all the way through to completion. We can honestly say that we never once had to chase for information because our telephone never stopped ringing! This was stress free service from start to finish, for which we thank you.

I thought it appropriate to expand on my responses in the questionnaire to let you know how impressed I was with the staff at your Hazel Grove office, Steve Bailey and Madeleine Garvey, who dealth with the sale. At every stage they were courteous, informative and professional with their dealings. They always phoned when they said they would, kept me fully up to date about the sale and ensured everything progressed as it should. This was a great comfort to my brother who, as I am sure you can appreciate, has had his own problems trying to adjust to life in a care home.
As someone who has been buying and renovating property for rent for a number of years I was very impressed with the services they provided. They could teach a number of agents I deal with in Lancashire a great deal about quality customer service.
I would add that I took over the sale of my brother's property from my niece, so I have never actually met Steve and Madeleine, but they are a credit to your company and you should be very proud of their efforts.
Excellent all round service, would especially like to mention Madeleine and all her help given during the selling of my Property.
