The Probate and Matrimonial team will follow a strict code of ethical conduct and will have a vast experience of the local property market. We currently act on behalf of many solicitors and believe we offer competitive fees with a prompt turn around.

The report will consist of a brief summary of the property, a list of the living accommodation and (room measurements if necessary), condition report, followed by the current open market value, which would be achievable between a willing vendor and purchaser.
